To say that Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf's plans to raise taxes in Pennsylvania laid an egg would be an understatement. Not a single member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, including members of Wolf's own party, cast a positive vote for Wolf's plan, which raises taxes by $4.7 billion. That Tom Corbett is looking better and better every day.
