Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett's uninspired leadership over the past two years has led to a possible challenge from within Republican ranks. Montgomery County Commissioner Bruce L. Castor, who challenged Corbett 10 years ago for the post of Pennsylvania attorney general, is thinking about taking on Corbett in the 2014 GOP primary.
