Democrats and the ACLU went to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court seeking to overturn Pa.'s new voter ID law. The court voted 4-2 to send the case back to a lower court that already ruled it was constitutional.
Voter ID law can stand, if court can prove no disenfranchisement
