You call this property tax relief?

I hope you're sitting down for this one.

Pennsylvania officials announced today the average homeowner will see a $200 reduction in school property taxes this year from the state's gambling revenues.

That's a far cry from the "substantial" property tax relief former Gov. Ed Rendell promised when he signed the bill in 2004 to legalize casino gaming in Pennsylvania.
