Notice a hint of editorializing by AP editors?

Why not a headline that is more accurate: "Wisconsin lawmakers take up bill to spare taxpayers" or "Wisconsin lawmakers take up bill to bring state from brink of bankruptcy?

It's clear that AP is joined the Obama/Big Labor cabal against the American taxpayer.
