The Doylestown Intelligencer has taken an unusual step of declining to endorse either candidate in Pennsylvania's 13th Congressional District race. That's basically a slap in the face of incumbent Democrat Allyson Schwartz. The newspapers says Schwartz, one of the most liberal members of Congress, is too partisan and has a terrible voting record on key issues. That's why it cannot support her re-election. The only bad thing the newspapers can say about her Republican opponent, Dee Adcock, is that he lacks political experience.
