This cartoon portrayal of decisions by Judge Sotomayor is very apt. I think her vote of dismissal in the New Haven, Conn. case of the firefighters against the city confirms her lack of judging fairly. No where is the injustice that results from judging Americans as members of groups and not individuals more evident in the ruling of this case. Frankly, I believe she a intellectual lightweight after reading some of her papers she has written.
